Mother's Day Product Raffle

1.- A raffle ticket is defined as the physical document, with a unique consecutive number, in which the customer provides their personal information to be contacted if they win the draw.

2.- One raffle ticket will be given for every ₡20,000 (twenty thousand colones) that the customer uses to pay into their credit account, make a down payment, or pay in cash.

3.- To participate in the raffle, the customer must fill in their personal details on the ticket and deposit it in the official mailbox at Almacén Li Lao.

4.- The prizes are as follows:

• 1 Mucarú reclining armchair
• 1 Cobicondor #26 banana bike
• 1 Prinsel toy electric fire truck
• 2 stand fans (Audio Accesorios)
• 1 soundbar (Samsung)
• 1 speaker (Aiwa)
• 2 Black & Decker irons
• 2 Windmere 1-burner electric hot plates
• 1 JC Mercantil glass table
• 1 Arte4 kitchen cabinet

4.- The raffle will take place on August 16, 2018, at the physical premises of Almacén Li Lao. The respective prize to be raffled will be announced, then a ticket will be randomly drawn from the box, and that will be the winner of the announced prize.

5.- Winners will be contacted by phone call; if they do not answer, an email will be sent.

6.- The deadline to collect prizes is August 31, 2018. If the customer does not collect the prize by this date, it will become the property of Almacén Li Lao.

General Responsibility

Almacén Li Lao S.A. is solely responsible for the delivery of the mentioned prizes and for the selection of the winners. The winner will accept the prize awarded, with no possibility of making any type of claims, changing the prize, or demanding any improvements. Warranty policies do not apply to prizes. Likewise, Almacén Li Lao S.A. will, ---under no circumstances--- assume any responsibility for unforeseen situations or eventualities not included in these regulations, in accordance with the provisions of Article 37 of the Law on the Promotion of Competition and Consumer Protection Number 7472 of the Republic of Costa Rica and the Regulations to the aforementioned Law.

Non-transferability of prizes.

Prizes are not transferable, negotiable, or marketable. In the event that any of the winners does not wish to enjoy their prize, they will automatically lose all right to claim it, and the prize will be considered unclaimed, becoming the property of Almacén Li Lao.

Final considerations

Almacén Li Lao S.A. reserves the right to modify or immediately suspend the promotion mentioned in this document, without assuming any responsibility, indefinitely or permanently, if causes of force majeure arise that could cause serious harm and thus necessitate it. The suspension of the promotion for one or more of the aforementioned reasons will be communicated by Almacén Li Lao S.A. on Facebook.
