3. Pricing
Prices in our online store are exclusive and may be modified without prior notice. Prices in the online store do not include shipping costs, which vary depending on the customer's location. If the customer prefers, they can pick up the product at our store, and no shipping charge will be applied.
4. Delivery
The estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 days, depending on the area and our vehicle routes. At the time of delivery, the customer must present an identification card that matches the information provided through our website. They will be given an invoice for the purchased product(s), which they must sign at the time of delivery.
5. Warranty
When sending the item(s) to the location agreed upon with the customer, Almacén Li Lao S.A. covers the warranty for damages, knocks, and other physical aspects up to the door of your home. Our staff is willing to help you bring the product inside your home, provided conditions allow it.
Our products come with a minimum warranty of 30 days, extending up to 25 years for certain products. To make a warranty claim, please contact us through any of our communication channels. Almacén Li Lao S.A. sends the products to their respective supplier, who will determine if the warranty is valid.
To claim a warranty or return, the customer must present the invoice and the product with all its accessories, exactly as it was delivered at the time of purchase.

6. Cancellations and Product Availability
The customer may cancel their purchase before it is delivered. To cancel, the customer must contact us by email or phone and state their intention to cancel the order.
If the purchased item is unavailable due to lack of stock in the inventory, Almacén Li Lao S.A. will notify the customer by phone and email that the product cannot be shipped. The customer may choose to purchase another product (receiving or paying the price difference), cancel the order, or, if not, when the Warehouse has the product again, it will be shipped as soon as possible.
7. Financing
To apply for credit, the customer must visit the physical premises of Almacén Li Lao S.A. The customer can request information to apply for financing to acquire our products through any of our communication channels. Please read the financing requirements here.
Almacén Li Lao S.A. may offer exclusive promotions in the online store. These promotions will be applied as a percentage discount on products. To validate the promotion, the customer must use a specific code.
Almacén Li Lao S.A. may offer promotions on its products in the physical store at its discretion. These promotions include: gift products, additional discounts, or coupons.
