Section 1: Gift Cards
1.- A gift card is defined as a physical, official document duly stamped by Almacén Li Lao S.A. that will be given to the customer for the purchase of products at Almacén Li Lao S.A.
2.- The validity period for gift cards is from July 24 to August 30, 2017.
3.- The value of the gift card is ₡5000, applicable to any type of product at authorized stores.
4.- Gift cards will be issued based on the final purchase value established on the invoice provided by Almacén Li Lao, whether on credit (financed) or cash. They will be issued according to the following ranges:
- ₡75,000 - ₡150,000 = 1 gift card
- ₡150,000 - ₡250,000 = 2 gift cards
- ₡250,000 - ₡400,000 = 3 gift cards
- More than ₡400,000 = 5 gift cards
5.- Gift cards can be redeemed only once.
6.- Gift cards are not redeemable for cash under any circumstances.
7. A maximum of three gift cards may be redeemed per business.
8. Only cards with the official stamp of Almacén Li Lao S.A. will be valid for redemption.
9. Almacén Li Lao is not responsible for the services provided by the authorized businesses for gift card redemption; however, in the event that an authorized business does not wish to accept a gift card, Almacén Li Lao will do its best to reconcile an agreement between both parties.

Section 2: Mother's Day product raffle
1.- A raffle entry is defined as a physical document with a unique consecutive number where the customer provides their personal data to be contacted in case they win the draw.
2.- One raffle entry will be given for every ₡20,000 (twenty thousand colones) the customer uses to pay into their account, make a down payment, or make a cash purchase.
3.- To participate in the raffle, the customer must fill in their personal details on the entry and deposit it in the official ballot box at Almacén Li Lao.
4.- The prizes are as follows:
- 2 Samsung automatic washing machines
- 1 Cobicondor 26-inch women's beach cruiser bicycle
- 1 Premium rice cooker
- 1 Black & Decker blender
- 1 Hamilton Beach ice maker
- 1 Char Broil gas grill
- 1 Mabe microwave
- 1 Proursa leg pillow
- 1 Proursa lumbar cushion
- 1 Proursa back wedge
- 1 Cortessa furniture item
4.- The raffle will take place on August 14, 2017, at the physical premises of Almacén Li Lao. The respective prize to be drawn will be announced, then an entry will be randomly drawn from the ballot box, and that will be the winner of the announced prize.
5.- Winners will be contacted by phone call; if they do not answer, an email will be sent.
6.- The deadline to claim prizes is August 31, 2017. If the customer does not collect the prize by this date, it will become the property of Almacén Li Lao.
General Responsibility
Almacén Li Lao S.A. is solely responsible for the delivery of the mentioned prizes and for carrying out the selection of winners. The winner will accept the prize awarded, with no possibility of making any claims, changing the prize, or demanding any improvements. Similarly, Almacén Li Lao S.A., ---under no circumstances--- will assume any responsibility for unforeseen situations or events not covered by these regulations, in accordance with Article 37 of Law No. 7472 on the Promotion of Competition and Consumer Protection of the Republic of Costa Rica and the Regulations to the aforementioned Law.
Non-transferability of prizes.
Prizes are not transferable, negotiable, or marketable. In the event that any of the winners does not wish to enjoy their prize, they will automatically lose all rights to claim, and the prize will be considered unclaimed, becoming the property of Almacén Li Lao.
Final Considerations
Almacén Li Lao S.A. reserves the right to modify or immediately suspend the promotion mentioned in this document, without assuming any responsibility, indefinitely or definitively, if causes of force majeure arise that could cause serious harm and thus compel it to do so. The suspension of the promotion for one or several of the aforementioned reasons will be communicated by Almacén Li Lao S.A. on Facebook.
