RULES: Li Lao Bookstore is giving away 50 PAA books

This regulation establishes and defines the conditions that apply to the event carried out on Facebook: Almacén Li Lao gives you 50 PAA books.

To participate in this event, the participant acknowledges and accepts the rules and terms in the following sections, as well as adhering to the decisions made by Almacén Li Lao S.A.

Article 1. Official Organizer: Almacén Li Lao S.A. with legal ID three, one hundred one, two hundred forty-eight thousand four hundred fifty-four (3-101-248454), located 200 meters north of Banco Popular, Santa Cruz, Guanacaste, is the Official Organizer of the promotion "Almacén Li Lao gives you 50 PAA books," carried out on the Facebook platform.

Article 2: Conditions for participation

This regulation is valid until August 1, 2017.

To participate, win, and claim the offered prizes, participants must be:

Be a fifth-year student at an educational center in Santa Cruz, Guanacaste, or demonstrate that they will take the admission exam this year.
Present their identification card and sign the delivery confirmation document when collecting the prize.

Article 3: Restrictions

A single person can only win one prize.
People who are not active students of an educational center in Santa Cruz, Guanacaste, are not eligible to participate.
The winner must sign for receipt of their prize, accepting all limitations and conditions of the prizes and thereby releasing the organizer from all responsibility. Prizes are not transferable, negotiable, or marketable. In the event that one of the winners does not wish to enjoy their prize, they will automatically lose all right to claim, and the prize will be considered unclaimed, to be given to another participant.

Article 4: Draw execution and winners

The draw will be held on July 28, 2017. A video of the winner selection will be recorded to guarantee the veracity of the promotion. Prizes will be delivered on July 29, 2017, at the Almacén Li Lao store.

The draws are carried out using a spreadsheet where each winner is chosen through simple randomization.

Each winner will be notified by email and a private message on Facebook. If they do not respond before July 29, 2017, or do not comply with the restrictions and conditions of articles 2 and 3, they will forfeit the prize.

Article 5. Prize: The prize consists of 50 books, distributed among 50 unique winners who meet the conditions mentioned in articles 2 and 3.

Article 6. Authorization for the Organizer to use participants' image and personal data:

Participants who are awarded prizes authorize their names and image to appear in publications and other advertising media and generally in all dissemination material of activities subsequent to the promotion, such as the delivery and receipt of the prize, without implying additional remuneration or compensation, or claims for image rights by the Organizer.

Article 7. General Responsibility

Almacén Li Lao S.A. is solely responsible for the delivery of the aforementioned prizes and for carrying out the selection of winners. The winner will accept the prize awarded, without the possibility of making claims of any kind, changing the prize, or demanding any improvement. Likewise, Almacén Li Lao S.A. ---under no circumstances--- will assume any responsibility for unforeseen situations or eventualities not provided for in this regulation, in accordance with the provisions of article 37 of the Law for the Promotion of Competition and Consumer Protection Number 7472 of the Republic of Costa Rica and the Regulations to the aforementioned Law.

Article 8: Non-transferability of prizes.

Prizes are not transferable, negotiable, or marketable. In the event that one of the winners does not wish to enjoy their prize, they will automatically lose all right to claim, and the prize will be considered unclaimed, becoming the property of Almacén Li Lao, who will seek another winner.

Article 9: Final considerations

Almacén Li Lao S.A. reserves the right to modify or suspend the promotion mentioned in this document immediately, without assuming any liability, indefinitely or definitively, if causes of force majeure arise that may cause serious damage and thus oblige. The suspension of the promotion for any or several of the aforementioned causes will be communicated by Almacén Li Lao S.A. on Facebook.
